Stanchion Studio provides consulting services for sports merchandise operations. I want you to be satisfied with the work, and I'm committed to making sure projects deliver what we agreed on.

How Projects Work All fees, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in a written agreement before work begins. Once you approve the agreement and the deposit is paid, work starts.

Deposits Project deposits are non-refundable once work has started. The deposit covers discovery work, audits, research, and initial strategy development.

If Something's Not Right If you're unsatisfied with any delivered work, contact me directly at - andrew@stanchionstudio.com - I'll work with you to address the issue. My goal is to fix problems, not avoid them.

Undelivered Work If I fail to deliver services outlined in your project agreement, you're entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion.

Cancellations Either party can cancel an active project with written notice. You'll be invoiced only for work completed through the cancellation date based on the agreed project scope.
